Rachel is an Adjunct Professor at Johnson & Wales University and Bridgewater State University. Her speaking engagements include nutrition and wellness topics for companies like Blue Cross Blue Shield, Amica Insurance, and hospitals throughout Rhode Island and New York. She is available by request.
