So tasty, incredibly nutritious, and easy to make. A great substitute for a chip craving! Kale is in season all winter & these chips are much less expensive than the packaged variety. They are also fresher, which means better nutritional value.
1 bunch of kale
2-3 Tbsp olive oil
2-3 pinches of salt
Break kale leaves into bite size pieces.
Place on a baking pan.
Drizzle with olive oil & toss to evenly distribute.
Sprinkle lightly with salt.
Bake at 400 degrees for approximately 10-15 minutes.
You’ll know the chips are done when they’re crispy and lightly browned.
