4-week Fitness Workshops begin September 1, 2015

Fall Fitness Workshops at Sandywoods begin September 1st.  Classes are suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

Tuesdays, 8:00 – 9:00 AM
To strengthen, lengthen, tone & stretch.

CORE BOOTCAMP

Thursdays, 5:30 – 6:30 PM
For equestrians & to improve balance, posture, and core strength.

BOOTCAMP

Fridays, 7:30 – 8:30 AM
For muscle building with high intensity intervals to maximize metabolism.
