Session 2 starting September 29th!

Pilates – Strengthen, lengthen, tone, stretch.  Pilates is a mindful experience matching movement with breath.  Make the class your own by focusing on stretching, lengthening or increase the intensity with optional challenge moves to focus on muscle building.  Pilates class will leave you feeling relaxed and limber.

Boot Camp – Strengthen & boost metabolism with a combination of strengthening exercise, hand weights, and high intensity intervals to boost metabolism.  You’ll break a sweat in this class and burn lot’s of calories. All exercises are given with the option to modify for lower intensity or add challenges to increase intensity to your liking.

Core Boot Camp – Designed with equestrians in mind and those who wish to improve balance, posture, and core strength.  Exercises focus on abdominal & back strength, postural muscles, and include intervals of cardio to improve stamina and boost metabolism.
