All the workshops are geared for you to work out at your own level, whether you want to relax, breath, & stretch or you really want to build muscle and get your heart rate up. Everyone is encouraged to participate at their own comfort and enjoyment level! Remember that exercise does not have to be vigorous and exhausting to be beneficial!
